In September 2024, we unveiled our demonstrator at the Learning Factory for Global Production at wbk Institute of Production Science!

In a joint effort with wbk, we demonstrate our AI-powered framework for robot program optimization based on Neural Digital Twins (NDTs). It permits users to compensate process variances by collecting data during the production process, train a Neural Digital Twin, and use it within a model-based optimizer to improve metrics such as cycle time or robustness.

The demonstrator was developed and deployed as part of the KARL Competence Center for Artificial Intelligence.
